Our LS3 CNC porting services are designed to deliver measurable airflow improvements with professional machining and race-proven options. Choose from multiple package levels based on how complete you want your cylinder heads finished.

All work is performed in-house on customer-supplied LS3 castings.

🔹 Flow Series — CNC Only (Bare Heads)

Entry-level CNC porting service for customers supplying bare cylinder heads only.

Includes:

CNC porting on bare LS3 heads

Notes:

Heads must be fully stripped
No disassembly, machining, or assembly included

🔹 Flow Plus Series — CNC + Teardown

$800

Ideal for customers sending in assembled heads who want CNC porting and professional reassembly.

Disassembly
CNC porting
Reassembly

🔹 Track Series — CNC + Valvetrain Package

$1,250

A complete performance-oriented package for street/strip and track applications.

Includes:

Disassembly
CNC porting
Competition valve job
Surface decking
Reassembly

⚠️ Casting Variations Notice

Due to factory casting variations and core shift, some cylinder heads may have minor rough cast areas remaining after CNC porting. These areas were larger than the CNC program and do not negatively affect airflow or performance.

For customers who prefer a fully smoothed appearance, hand blending of remaining casting areas is available for an additional $250.
