The LT4 Single-In Single-Out Water Manifold Kit is a great addition to your LT4 (non-Z06) cooling setup.

1. Begin by detaching the existing coolant crossover bridge from your supercharger, which is secured by four bolts with 10mm heads. Next, attach the new LT4 water inlet manifolds on each side. The factory O-rings on the blower should be retained as they ensure the water pathways are sealed. Apply a small amount of blue Loctite to each allen head bolt for added security, and tighten them to a torque of 89 inch-pounds.
   
   
   
2. Proceed by arranging the fittings to ascertain the correct hose lengths. Place the 90-degree fitting on the driver's side at the rear of the LT4 manifold, closest to the blower lid, and the swivel tee on the passenger side at the rear. Keep in mind that the passenger side will serve as the water exit side. Attach the 30-degree angle hose end to the tee fitting and the straight hose end to the 90-degree fitting. Once you've figured out the necessary hose length, make two identical lengths of hose.
   
   
   
3. Next, proceed with the installation at the front of the LT4 manifold, which is the area furthest from the blower lid. Here, you'll need to switch the positions of the 90-degree fitting and the swivel tee. The 90-degree fitting will be located on the passenger side, while the swivel tee will be on the driver's side. Connect the 30-degree angle hose end to the Tee fitting and the straight hose end to the 90-degree fitting.
   
   
   
   
4. At this stage, you'll need to determine your own routing. However, we suggest connecting the exit side to the factory line already in place on the passenger side. Then, connect your feed line to the driver's side of the setup.
